Vivek Agnihotri out of Hate Story sequel

Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri has decided to step out of the sequel of his movie Hate Story. The director believes that he won't be comfortable repeating the same genre of films. The filmmaker started his career in Bollywood with the 2005 thriller movie 'Chocolate' starring Emraan Hashmi, Anil Kapoor, Irrfan Khan, Arshad Warsi, Tanushree Dutta and Sushma Reddy. His next movie was 'Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal', a sports based movie, starring John Abraham, Bipasha Basu, Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani. He then directed 'Hate Story', an erotic thriller starring Paoli Dam, Gulshan Devaiya and Nikhil Dwivedi. Vivek says, "I was planning to make 'Hate Story 2', but I stepped out of that project. I don't want to repeat the genre. How much can you show in the same genre? I have done that and now I want to try something different.' For more check out the story on Biscoot.com.
