'Welcome Back' faces legal trouble

The upcoming Bollywood movie Welcome Back faces legal trouble. Producer Firoz Nadiadwala is going through a tough time as a matrimonial company has filed a legal suit against him, claiming that they had paid the producer Rs. 15 lakh in exchange for branding in 'Welcome Back'.
A close source revealed that, "A contract was drawn up between the company and the makers of Welcome Back in September 2013, and the latter had promised to recreate their office set up in Dubai or Mumbai where Anil Kapoor and Nana Patekar discuss the marriage of their sister, Shruti Hassan with a member of the company. The contract also said the makers will return the amount if they fail to keep their word."
However, members from the production unit say that there is no scene of a matrimonial company shot in the film. In fact the two actors have been shown talking about the wedding at home, not in any office, says the source.
The senior operations manager of Sycoriaan Matrimonial Services quoted that, "We contacted them last November when we got to know that the film has been completed and the promise not kept. We tried calling the producer's manager but in vain. So, we have filed a case."
Since the producer was unavailable for any further comments, a source close to him informed the media that the makers have used the company's hoardings, but couldn't shoot some scenes as per screenplay. Hence, they will refund their money.
