Want to train with Katrina's yoga guru?

Many of you must have been waiting for this moment, to know the secret behind your favourite actress Katrina Kaif's curves!

Biscoot B Now can reveal that Katrina's secret fitness mantra is yoga. For the last few years, the actress has been practicing a form of yoga called the Bihar School of Yoga. In 2009, Katrina met Sri Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati, one of the teachers at Bihar School of Yoga, who changed her life and introduced her to a holistic style of living. Talking about the teaching, Katrina says, "Yoga is the way for me. It has helped me tremendously to deal with hectic schedules and stress. Yoga Nidra is the most relaxing meditation technique I have experienced."

And now there's a surprise for her fans, they too can attend the same Yoga classes. The Bihar School of Yoga is holding camps from April 10 to 15 at two venues in the city and the admission to these classes are free. The details of these Yoga classes are as follows:

Class 1
Where: NSCI Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Stadium, Lala Lajpatrai Marg, Worli
When: April 10-12
What Time: 6 am to 8.30 am and 6 pm to 8.30 pm

Class 2
Where:RCF Ground, near Jawahar School, opp Ashish Cinema, Chembur
When: April 13-April 15
What Time: 6 am to 8.30 am and 6 pm to 8.30 pm
