Pooja Bhatt wins obscenity case

A long pending case against Pooja Bhatt has finally been judged to her favour. The obscenity case was filed against her by social activist Vinod Jain in 2005 post the release of her film, Rog. The High court quashed the obscenity charges.
Relieved, Pooja Bhatt tweeted, “Divine Justice - in the form of a high court hearing in my favour for an obscenity case against my film 'Rog'. Fought this for 8 long years!” Bhatt was booked for using posters of skimpily clad model Elina Hamman in the posters of her film, Rog. By Biscoot Editorial
